Who makes good amsteel blue soft shackles?

I want to add a couple of soft shackles to my gear bag. I don't want some knock-off chinese crap. Who makes good shackles from good 'ol amsteel blue?

Have you looked at bubba rope or voodoo? Neither are knockoffs and both have good reps.

ABL Soft Shackles are an excellent alternative to steel shackles as they are light weight and have extremely high strength with very little stretch.

Buy it by the foot and tie your own, it's not that hard. Also lets you make different lengths.

I tied my own, works great. Just follow some instructions, and make a good tight knot.

I'm curious. Are you having issues with units failing?

Most of the soft shackle issues I see are from pulling around hard corners.
Synthetic shackles need a D/d ratio of 1.5-2x rope diameter ( bend or corner radius ) to provide the full strength.

Knockoffs of what? How do you create knockoffs by making loops and tying knots?
