Virginia City, Silver City and Gold Hill

We took some new Land Rovers from the dealership for a photo shoot from Virginia City (via the old Toll Road) then south via highway 342 to Gold Hill (train depot), then to Silver City ending up at the 50 just east of Carson City. Obviously, it is a paved highway, but there are numerous side dirt trails that branch out from it all along this route. This is where you can see some long abandoned mining camps and numerous structures. We recommend it for a quick scenic trek if you are anywhere the area.
