I had a first gen 2004 that I bought brand new in March of 2004. I put 280,000 miles on that truck, and the only issues I ever had were the seat fabric wearing out, and a busted radiator when I rolled over a rocky jeep trail a little too fast. Other than that, it was tires, fluid changes, break pad replacement. When I sold it at 280,000 miles, I would have jumped in it and drove it across the country without even thinking about it.
I now have a 2013 Xterra that I have now put 114K on, and just like my old Titan, have not had any mechanical issues or problems at all.

I have friends that have had them as well as my younger brother (uses his to run a company that manages orange groves)... they only had two complaints:

1. Lack of aftermarket options
2. Gas mileage sucked

I'll send this ... I had an 04 that I drove for 10 yrs. Was a great truck otherwise.
