Thanks everyone for coming out to join in the fun!

Everyone had an Awesome Spirit! This was a wonderful group of outback enthusiasts!!

Let's please continue to post in this thread.....our trip reports and pictures.

Eventually it can be moved to the completed section. This will help with continuity. So everything can be in one thread.

You all should have followed me for lunch this morning! For some Awesome views looking east from the slope/side of Toro Peak!

East side of Toro Peak. Looking down toward the Salton Sea and Anza~Borrego.

Salton Sea just behind the SWR. I'm over 8,000 feet here.

The wood burning stove inside would be fun on a cold winters night!

I need to study up more, on this Interesting Bailey dude!

What a great trip! Sure the scenery was spectacular and the trails a nice mix of conditions, but the best part for me was the the participants. There are some truly funny people here on ExPo. Glad to be able to spend time with good folks and have a lot of laughs.

Pics to follow soon. If they're any good.

More Bailey's Cabin/ Toro Peak pix

I bagged this geocache walking up the hill while the group waited for the narrow Turkey grade to clear. I remembered the location from google earth and was able to locate it without a GPS! SWR provided a ride up to the top because Justin had already passed.
