I'm half expecting to see Neil Armstrong step out of it. That's one small step for a man...:sombrero:

Looks super cool. Doing all the fancy angles really paid off aesthetically.

Very nice! Very efficient build! Are you going to get a final weight measurement? Would love to see more pics on the truck. Hope it serves you for many years!

Kitchen will eventually be a pull out from the rear at tailgate level. This is really a first prototype for proof of concept.

No gravity tricks. The epoxy is West Systems six-10. Comes out of a tube through a mixing nozzle, pre thickened, and it stays in place even on overhead surfaces.

There is one layer of fiberglass tape on the outside seams. It will get four or five coats of interprotect epoxy barrier coat before final paint. The barrier coat goes on with a roller, can be recounted in six hours and requires no sanding between coats.

Final prep will be hand sanding with 180 grit on a long board. Wash it down with a mild solution of ammonia and water and then paint.

The seam fiberglass is reinforcement more than abrasion resistance.

What width and ounce tape did you use and did you use biaxial?
