UJOR Build Thread

I’m sure it was a difficult choice to make. It makes me somewhat :(, especially since my rig is a ‘97 and falls below the line. I haven’t got any plans to have (or do) a conversion anytime soon… but no longer having the choice saddens me somewhat.

That said I completely understand why you needed to make this decision. I want to be especially clear that I’m not upset with you for making the decision Chris. As business owners we can’t please everyone all the time, and I thank you for everything you’re doing. I also appreciate that you’re still supplying the parts to do the conversion… even if you need to pass on doing these older rigs that have the potential to be such a headache.

Keep up the good work & updates to your thread here. I’ll keep checking in to see what you’re doing. If the day comes when I sell the business and retire… then perhaps I’ll convert to 4WD and travel the world. Until then I’ll live vicariously through those who do.

:D ??

Thanks! It wasn't too difficult. A few sleepless nights will do the trick ;)

And yes, we still offer everything for mail order DIY so we can help.

WANTED: Take-off lift kit to fit 2008+ E-series (I have a 2011 E250 Sportsmobile EB van). Are you getting your already-lifted van converted to 4x4 by UJoint? If so, and you want to sell your take-off lift parts (Camburg, Weldtec), give me a shout. I'm on the East Coast (PA) but can roadtrip to UJoint to pick up. I just missed out on the parts that a forum member sold last week :-(

Another busy week!

Picked up a new spec van to build and sell, 01 V10 with 39k miles! Already have a few people interested, it will probably sell before we turn the 1st wrench!

Anybody here know offhand the thickness of the UJOR wheel adapters? I'd like to quit bugging Chris for every last detail before I pull the trigger... but maybe he'll end up chiming in here anyway
