This may sound like a stupid question, but what's the height difference between the 4" and 6" lift? I mean, the 4" lift with 33's then the 6" with 35", is the 6" lift 4" taller due to the 2" higher lift, and 2" bigger tires?

With my 2002 E450 Short bus, I went with a 6 inch UJOR kit and ended up being 10 inches over stock height with 35s.
I would "assume" you are correct in that the overall difference between the 4 and 6 inch lift would be about 4 inches overall.
Will let Chris answer though as he would know for sure.

Damn that bus looks good!

The difference should be more like 3". I can pull spec sheets to measure the difference, we measure every build here to the bottom of the pinch welds.

Thanks for the replies. I chose the 4" lift that way my wheelchair lift will still touch the ground. But man, the 6" vans look crazy high, and awesome. I'm hoping my van will look that good. I want it higher than the SMB vans for sure.

Thank you. Thank you. I made sure the wheelchair lift would still hit the ground and work beforehand because I did not want to have to remove it.

FYI, I’ve found that G4 LEDs are a plug and play replacement option for the interior and exterior 2 pin Halogen bulbs. The 4W LEDs I purchased are a tad dimmer than the 37.5W Halogen Bulbs they replace. They are still very bright.
Surprisingly, the 2.5W LEDs that are a round flat circuit board that replace 921 wedge base bulbs throw as much light as the 4W LEDs.

Any gearing recommendation if I were to go with 37” tires? I was thinking 4.10 with 35” but have heard a few guys say they like 4:30

What engine? For 37s I'd go 4.56 unless its a 5.4 then I'd do 4.88s

I have been looking at your website.

Any information for when your going to update the website for new information regarding the cool conversion?

I’m starting to look for a good van to work with.

My family has grown and an suv is just to crowded with 4 car seats and two older kids...

We're working hard on the new coil swap, no prices or finish date yet but we'll be cycling the suspension next week. Workin on the towers this week then radius arms!

Then yes, 4.56 for 37s. Thats what I have in V4.
