New grille on V5, experimenting with some Plasticoat to see how it holds up. This was a chrome grille, paint never wants to stick on them.



NY Black & Blue build is underway! teardown started today, looking forward to making some progress on this rig.



Joe's TX van is making progress too! F axle is in, steering, b-lines, upper trac bar mount and 4wd tranny. Prototyping a new part for these 7.3 vans, should have the 1st piece Monday....

Ha, too much credit guys!! I'm always trying to make conversions easier. The new part isn't too exciting! Prototype is done, test fit monday.

Did you sandblast first or coat directly on chrome? I'm about to blast and paint my factory chrome bumpers but definitely want paint to hold up. Thanks.

Its plastic so we scuffed it with scotchbrite and then sprayed it.

If it's similar to plastidip you don't need any preparation! just a clean surface (of course no rust etc).

btw definitely better than chrome look on plastic.

Some guys settle for a hi-lift jack and a shovel when they go off-road. The UJOR crew take along a backhoe, that's how hardcore they are.

I have to tell you that I am amazed on how well this van drives! After picking it up I immediately drove to the Outer Banks for some kiting - 7 hrs at 75-80 mph one handed! After owning 2 other 4WD vans I can says hands down that this is by far the best driving big rig around! I can't thank you enough for your incredible professionalism and fantastic workmanship! If anyone is considering having you do a van for them and need a reference please send them to me - I'd be happy to fill them in on what a great product you deliver! You are definitely a Baller!

I plastic dipped a billet chrome grill on my tacoma and it has stayed pretty well for a year now. People can't tell unless I tell them. One or two small rock chips but it gets hammer with bugs and no issues.

TX002 ready to rock! This transmission crossmember replaces the stock unit that needed to be modified on vans that have the E4OD, 4R100 & 4R75 units. Its taller and makes up the difference between the 2wd tail housing and the new 4wd housing. I'll having pricing before the end of the week!

Our OBA kit has been extremely popular, it seems that every van in the shop has been getting it! I've also been updating and improving it so I took some new photos today. Same price, just more stuff



The NY Black&Blue van is down to the frame, cleaned up and ready for undercoating and some plasma time. Should have the F axle in tomorrow. This van is going to be SICK!!!!!!
