A 1st for us, the guys quadruple teamed this RV and got the lift installed in a day. We usually just do the front axle install on day 1 with 2 guys, now they've created a higher standard for themselves.

The NJB190 went home a few weeks ago, he had the top wrapped and changed the headlights, what a difference!

1. Bigger tires with less lift
2. Better steering angles
3. Van doesn’t look like it’s walking on it’s tippy toes
4. Full wheel travel with no fender contact (16” total on our 6” kit at the hub)
5. It looks bad ******

6. More diff clearance to the engine x-member (less cutting)
7. Helps maximize front leaf length
8. Nice approach angle!

TN 5.4 we did last year came in for some wiring, rear bags and a general ck up.

No rest for our lifts. One comes off, another goes on. This 08 from CA will be going 6" on 35s with goodies.

what do you do with all the old wheels and tires?

Do you have 'universal' front and rear driveshafts (with enough slip) already made up or is each one made to order? I guess the fronts can all about be the same.

That NJB190 is AWESOME! Do you know of any retractable steps that would tuck up behind sliders. I’m getting ready to have sliders built, but don’t want steps permanently reducing my ground clearance.

Some go home with the customer, most get broken down so the wheels can be scrapped and the tires sold if they're good. We do keep driveshaft specs on everything we build but do't pre make shafts for a few reasons.

Yea, turned out great! That top wrap made a huge difference. May not help keep the temps down but it sure does look cool. I don't know on the sliders, would depend on the design and how much room there is to play behind/under them.
