I was driving through my local mall parking lot when I turn the corner and this....my old rig!!!!
...sadly she it looks like she's taken a beating from the teenage girl I sold her too!

The main reason was the rust and electrical gremlins, secondly I kept dumping money into the flashing 4wd lights.
I've been through a couple rigs since then but now I'm in a Highlander...which is no 4wd machine comparable to the Monty but it suits our needs.

Well, the teenage girl seem to be using it. So maybe she does not mind the gremlins or maybe she has taken care of the gremlins and rust.
Tell us the truth. Didn't you feel like you betrayed your rig when you saw it in that parking lot?

It's very possible, and yeah I always feel that way. I once had a rover and sold it to later find it on the side of the road with a for sale sign on it...I couldn't help but question if it saw me and cussed me out as I drove by lol...you did this to me!!!!!! Lol.
The Monty though was a never ending problem after problem. I put a lot of love into it, and got back a lot of grief. That being said it was a love/hate relationship.
When I brought it home and wheeled it for the 1st time vs a month before I sold it.
