Had 5 days available to get out and explore, due to some constraints, we were confined to within our own province.
So we headed out on a Tuesday afternoon with a return date no later than Tuesday morning.
Most of our time was sent in what is considered the Caribou region of BC. It's a wild mix of grasslands, mountains and crazy assed miners from a long gone era
Since we live on an island, most of our trips start out with a 2hour ferry ride to the mainland.
apologies for the less than stellar photo quality... the worlds "worst" photographer was adjusting her camera settings to compensate for lighting... all we needed was someone else that could compensate for her
This guy and his buddy were doing a somewhat decent rendition of "tweeter and the monkey man"
Food of champions... mini donuts and smokies
Some random PNW ocean shots for those that aren't from the area
And so begins the weird train pics.. no idea why these became a focal point... but they did
The original Meals on wheels... or hoofs
Headed towards somewhere ...People up north do like there farm animals...only one problem, we weren't that far out of the lower mainland yet
to be cont.....
