Trailer tires to "match" my Cooper SST/Pros?

I have a Casita travel trailer. It really doesn't go off-road, but I'm lifting it 3" and going to run 16"x6" wheels. I think a LT 225/75R16E tire will be about right (30x8.8 on a 6" rim). I was going to go with the obligatory BFG all terrain, but I'm running 37x13.50R17 STT Pros on my Wrangler. Low and behold the SST pro is available in that size. However I think it'll be a little too much for fiberglass travel trailer. What about Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX or AT3 LTs?

16x6? 215/85R16.

If you're going for "looks" then the BFG Commercial T/A Traction is hard to beat. Looks remarkably close to old school skinny bias ply mud & snow in that size. If you are going to be more sensible, then any all season LT tire is more than acceptable. Matching the tow rig is fine and all that until you get the bug for a different truck...
