I have a USA Spec DF-TOY Auxilary Adapter for OEM Stereo. It allows you to connect an ipod and aftermarket cd/mp3 player to your stock stereo utilizing the oem cd changer port on the back of your tuner. No more FM modulators and static interference. Perfect if you want to keep that low key OEM look and use a mp3 player. Works great, and comes with everything needed beside RCA cables. $50. Here's some more info about it...

Enjoy maximum possible sound quality when you play your portable music through your Toyota's factory radio. USA SPEC's innovative DF-TOY adapter lets you connect your portable music player directly to your compatible 1998-up Toyota factory radio. Just plug the adapter cable into your radio's CD changer input, mount the interface box, and you're ready to listen to your tunes.

And the news gets better — if you also have another sound source you want to hook up to your Toyota's sound system, the DF-TOY provides a second set of connections for an iPod, satellite radio tuner, or DVD player. You can switch between sources with your factory radio controls.

I had one of these in my old Tacoma that had a six disk changer. IIRC it fools the radio into thinking that the input is a CD.
By the way, it worked flawlessly!

I have an in-dash 6 disk changer. Will this work on my truck?

Yeah it should, what year is your truck though? FYI you have to unplug the changer for it to work.

It has worked great in my Trooper too, but I got a new headunit for more power.

I have a 2006. The 6 disk changer is part of the head unit, so it dosent look like I have anywhere to plug this in.
