Here's an '86 with a clean body from a dry climate. For a total 5k investment ($1500 purchase price), you get the truck, add a mild lift and a brand new H55, to be years ahead of an overpriced truck with wooden drawers in it. Do a 10k 80 series diesel conversion and now you are at the asking price above but with something that starts to get real for serious exploration potential.
