I like those steps but something comes to mind. With the steps down can you close the door or your screen door with the steps still down. If you can’t, that would be a no go for me.

Ahh. I see. I just measured my door to the threshold mine is too high. And it will get higher with super singles. I will just use my current steps and add a mechanism to place them underside like gait did.

Boy,those are some nice,safe stepsI integrated slide-out stairs into the custom bed I built for our truck.
makes loading the garbage cans easier too. I call the stairs the ultimate-old-man-steps
While they work great, the dogs are still getting used to them.

Did you use the steps off of one of these step ladders for those steps? I have seen these step ladders under various brands in the US and Europe used several times as expedition truck steps...
