The North Face Minibus 33 w/ Footprint (Brand new- $300)

I'm selling TNF Minibus 33 tent with footprint for solid $300. Both of these are brand new. I set up the tent in my living room (once) and it has never touched soil. The footprint is still in the original wrapping and the bottom of the tent does not even have a molecule of dirt:Wow1:. I bought this tent and realized I should have gone with the Minibus 23. This tent is a great car camping/base-camp tent. I've sold some Piaa lights on EXPO in the past and transaction went fine. I'm up to suggestions regarding a smooth transaction for both parties.
