Supplement Question: Aerobic and Anaerobic

I have no input on building muscle as Im a time trial rider and building huge upper body muscles is the opposite of my needs but for post workouts, a glass of milk with Ovaltine. Seriously, no joke. Chocolate milk is THE post training drink for cyclists. It has all the vitamins and minerals you need. There are countless of after training ride shakes out there and after many reviews, a lot of the time the reviewer comments on how its only close to what chocolate milk gets you.

NO-Xplode was the difference between 500 pound max or 550 pound on the bench press for me. Worked for back as well but not a full 10%.
More blood, bigger pump, better leverage?

Lots of little things contribute to push an elite athlete one notch higher. Key word is elite.

I used to work out in Richie Gaspari's Powerhouse Gym; I was the guy not on steroids....
His products were always hard-core and on the cutting edge of what's legal; many of his supplements became illegal after a brief run.
