I like it especially if you can keep it narrow in profile. Function may dictate a deeper "well" but low profile will look better.

Excellent work Drat love the rims, did you put the adapters in from Warn when you did the front hubs. Is that the 1" lift kit from ORD.

I like the roof rack so far, I've wanted to build a low profile rack for mine, I like the idea of going right to the edges all the way around.

I was able to get some more work done on the roof rack.

Decided to build a deflector, bent op some tube.

bent up some sheet metal, drilled it for rivets and rolled the edges.

I'm interested in seeing how you rolled that sheet, haven't seen that method

Started out with CAD "cardboard aided design" transfer that to sheet steel, used a dozen spring clamps I started drilling holes, used the cleco clamps I used a small body hammer to roll the edges.
