I've had this for 5 years and used it about half a dozen times, there is nothing wrong with it. Includs the kirkhams ground tarp. This same setup would cost you $790 new. Due to the snow on the ground I have used a picture from Kirkhams website. I would be more than happy to let the potential buyer inspect the tent in my garage before purchase.
