I think probably in the neighborhood of $30k with the paint issues and rust on the rockers, if that's what I'm seeing. What does it look like underneath?

The frame is very solid. Really the only rust is in the rocker areas. I'm ready to sell it and a low $30k offer might just get it.

Does the gaucho bed have seatbelts built in? Based off what I can find online, looks like the top bunk mattress should be ~ 74”x40”, does that seem right? Does that leave any room at the foot of the bed to still stand inside while the top bunk is used?

The gaucho couch/bed has three seat belts. You are right on the bunk measurements. There is 28” of free space when the bunk is down so you could stand or get in and out of the bunk.
