Spod Control Panel Short?

The 2 amp mini fuse that’s for the control panel keeps shorting out. I don’t see anything physically wrong with the cable that connects the control panel to the main unit.

Thoughts?

I know it sounds simplistic but a call to SPOD wouldn't hurt?
