Selling our amazing delica camper as we have just moved to an apartment that won't allow this height vehicle to be parked on our street (residential Vancouver is set at 2.2m height which won't work) so unfortunately we need to downsize our camper for now to a lower height van.

I imported it myself and have been a long time contributor to the delica club/expo community here for over 10 years. I've fabricated lift kits, suspension mods, tire carriers and interiors for other members and friends over the years as well as contributing mechanical/delica-specific knowledge to share (jfarsang/jessef on delica.ca and expo forum)

We were specifically looking for this size camper and we used it extensively all winter long with some trips climbing mountains in deep snow and sleeping in below -10 F (-25 Celcius). The camper is rock solid, comfortable and very unique. The novelty never wears off and we've met some great people on our trips just talking about the camper itself.

It drives and feels smaller than it looks. You feel like you're driving a regular delica until you look back and see the camper. The suspension lift and larger tires make it more stable. Being naturally aspirated (non-turbo) it is very efficient on fuel (20-21mpg), however it is very slow. Flat highway we can cruise at 60mph, hills must downshift. It feels like my old 60-70's VW westy's that were underpowered. This is not a fast camper but it is very easy to drive and feels very comfortable. Driving position is easy on the body and just relaxed. If you are looking for a speedy/fast camper, this is not it. With that said, this is a very reliable and solid camper. It is based on the Mitsubish Montero Gen 1 drivetrain (parts are interchangeable here in Canada/US) and climbs well offroad.

It's a 1993/January production build date so it's eligible for import the US and I'm open to the option of shipping it across US/Canada at buyers expense and they would need to arrange it all prior to buying it.

I've sold a few delica campers in the past to people down in AZ. I'm asking what I have invested in it. Compare to the last two in Seattle that sold for 24k USD.

I welcome anyone to come and see what it's like and drive it. Because there's so much to it, I'd recommend to call ahead and figure at least an hour or long distance I go do skype/phone.

2" Suspension lift
32" Cooper AT/W all terrain tires @ 99% tread with extended warranty (warranty/receipt provided) *comes with diamond chains for all 4 tires (unused)
4x4 High/Lo with manual locking hubs

The fuel gauge goes in and out and sometimes doesn't work at all. It may be a grounding/wiring thing one which I haven't looked at. There is a crack in the rear acrylic window which has been repaired, albeit not pretty. I've adjusted my price based on these and combined with all the upgrades I've done.

Exterior:
Single factory fiberglass body shell
re-sealed factory roof rack footprints with Dicor self leveling sealant

specs: http://ventedcatheater.com/2.html less than 0.5ah/hr and 1/4lbs/hr propane consumption. Extremely efficient and puts out safe, dry heat unlike Olympian and Mr Buddy type non-vented heaters. We prioritize safety above all else with fuel/heating in our camper.
-Atwood hotwater heater/tank on demand (propane)
-Fresh water cold/hot water sink with grey water tank (Flojet upgraded water pump wet/dry)
-Dual burner propane stove
-Atwood propane safety solenoid switching system

-Progressive Dynamics PC9270V Inteli-Power 9200 series 12V Charger (70AMP) *stock setup is 220v and horrible wiring. We re did ours for 120/12v shore power.
-Dual propane tank system (tank #1 Plat Cat heater / tank #2 all other propane appliances)

*stock heater is still installed and can be used, however it consumes over 8Ah/hr and 2lbs/hr propane so it's not efficient at all which is why we opted to install the Plat Cat heater and it has served us well through this winter camping in temps down to -10 F (-25 C)

Sleeping arrangements:
Cab over bed 73"L x 52"W
Dining area bed 78"L x 37"W and can be expanded to 56" W with additional bed platform

Hi, I am looking for one of these now. If you don't mind what did you sell your unit for price wise? I live in the mountains of Colorado. These are slow but get you there over my back dirt and rough roads. Thanks Steve
