SOLD. SOLD SOLD
THANKS AGAIN EXPO MEMBERS

I am selling my 1981 Ford F-700 Heavy Duty 4x4 ready to build Expedition camper.
Here is your chance to build your own ultimate expedition vehicle for under $100,000
This truck is a tank. I thought it would be cool to build a wannabe Earthroamer but could never find the right platform.
I found this truck after many years of searching.
40,700 original miles
NO CDL REQUIRED
A/C
New spark plugs
New Ford Motorcraft fuel pump
Dual 50 gallon fuel tanks (100 gallons total)
I highly recommend resealing both tanks do to age.
Manual choke
Manual throttle control
Rockwell 7,000 lbs..front axle 6.83 gears (maintenance unknown)
Rockwell 17,500 lbs. rear axle 6.83 gears (maintenance unknown)
Rockwell T-223 transfer case 2.05 gear ratio ( new seals & synthetic oil)
New thermostats ( installed by previous owner)
Power steering cooler
Clark 285 5 speed with PTO
Ford 370 2 valve V8
This truck was professionally maintained by Wyotech but has been out of service for 7 years
I was considering doing a Ford 6.6 liter Diesel or 5.9 Cummins conversion but due to the low miles I could not justify the cost.
I am including a 47 gallon RV propane tank if you want a multi-fuel truck
Yakima roof rack
Yakima ski rack
Dual exhaust
No catalytic converters
Ramsey 30,000 lbs. PTO winch with new 150' of cable

Custom built camper shell
3/16" diamond plate shell
2" closed cell foam walls
2" aluminum studs
3/4" birch plywood walls
1" plywood ceiling
3 doors
Escape hatch
Oak Cabinets
3 -Air conditioners with heaters. Removable and will include 2 skylight/vents
This camper was built by Frazier one of the top ambulance /emergency cabin builders
9.00 x 20 tires
I also have 6 - 22.50 Buds rims if you want to go bigger. $900

CONS-

This truck is 34 years old and has been maintained by
Wyotech but has been out of service for 7 years.
Needs front tires balanced and possibly aligned.
Front end vibrates at 56 MPH - 59 MPH
Dash board is cracked looking for replacement
Floor mat has tear
Front fender has scratches as seen in pictures
Original AM/FM Radio needs replacing .

Camper is removable if you wish to shorten it or add a crew cab .
Width behind cab is 46" so 2 motorcycles or possibly your ATV will fit.

Due to the strength of the frame you can cut in your own windows to customize yourself

Camper dimensions
Interior height. 5'11"
Interior width. 7'3"
Interior length. 12'8"

Forging depth 4'6"
Overall height 12'
Overall length 28'
Axle clearance 11

Asking $15,000

Thanks for looking

Hell yes!! Want to trade for a 95 E350 7.3 4x4 ambulance? Basic conversion done, just did a ton of engine work and all new brake lines as well as some body work.

Wow! I saw this thing on I-70 East bound around mile marker 47 in Missouri on my way back from Talladega yesterday (27OCT15). Pretty cool to see a unique rig on the road after seeing in on the portal!
