Selling our beloved Flippac. It fits a 1st generation Toyota Tacoma (6ft bed).
We have spent a ton of time in this setup.
We recently took it off our truck for the winter and were planning on doing some repairs on it starting early next spring to get it ready for next seasons round of camping.
Those repairs included; replacing a few of the mesh screens that have small holes or tears in them, and repairing the fiberglass around one of the hinges.
Since taking off the rig we have decided to move into a different direction with our future camping experiences and because of this we made the plan to sell.
The Flippac has a new torsion bar and comes with a custom metal lifting handle. It also has a torsion bar delete set up complete with lifting pole. The tent is in good shape, as are the interior lights. It would also come with an SLO Sail & Canvas rain fly ($400) and a custom cabinet setup for storage if wanted. The cabinets fit in the bed of a first gen Tacoma and includes a foot pump sink. We also switched out the bed pad/foam for a 3” memory foam.
