Nice.
Why did engine have to be replaced?
The engine needed to be replaced because a radiator hose came off and caused the engine to overheat, and warped the heads. The Ford mechanics said that the block was unharmed, and said that replacing the heads would solve the problem, however, the decision was made to replace the entire engine and not just the heads. As mentioned in the ad, this replacement engine has less than 18,000 miles at this time, and it has been flawless.

Where is the rig located? Have you taken it to Earthroamer for their inspection? Are you willing to provide it?

The EarthRoamer is in our garage in Colorado. While in Wisconsin this past October we had the truck at a Ford dealership for an oil change and asked them to inspect the truck. They did not find any issues with the truck. Our last trip to EarthRoamer was last summer to replace a fuel pump in the diesel cooktop. While they didn’t inspect the vehicle, there were no other issues identified. Bottom line, I am not at all concerned about having EarthRoamer complete an inspection. I will reach out to EarthRoamer tomorrow.
