Interior:
- New marine grade plywood floor with professional grade vinyl plank floor.
- Original wall carpet in good shape for age
- It is the model with the bathroom with new porta potti, shower is not hooked up .
- Updated water system with 7 gallon fresh water container with hand pump and a 7 gallon gray water container
- No water heater or hot water
- 110 Volt system works, could need battery
- New in the box 110V/12V refrigerator
- Stove works (so I was told, never used it)
- Air-conditioning works well but is ugly (cover plate missing).
- Cushions are complete
- LED puck lights throughout the trailer
- Rear dinette used as stationary bed (with original cushions), rear table is missing
Body
- Fiberglass body is in good shape for age, no apparent damage
- Outside storage door in the rear left had been added by the previous owner
- Gel-coat is dull and shows some superficial hairline cracks
- All windows re-sealed, no leaks as I can tell
Mechanics
- Surface rust on the frame but in good shape
- 3” axle lift
- Newish tires
- Hubs re-packed less than a month ago
- Electric breaks but not hooked up.

- Original owners handbook included and various receipts from previous owners.
