Just put a deposit down on an XT. They’re currently at 7-8 month lead times. GLWS, this is not going to last long.
You're going to love it.

GLWS Kowboy, your thread was a lot of help in my decision to buy one as well as pictures to satisfy me while i waited.

Being honest here, this rig captures my eye as does the Patriot X1. I could buy either. I am looking for a rig with easy set up that would allow me to disappear into the woods on weekends, relax, hike, and escape the modern world. I also would like to use this for at least one extended trip a year such as last year when I did portions of the Continental Divide Trail and Enchanted Rockies Trail in New Mexico.

The Patriot X1 is a fine trailer for sure.

One of the reasons I bought my trailer though is I was tired of dealing with a roof top tent. After a long day on the road or trail, it's wonderful to just open the door and go to sleep.

Good luck with either of your choices.

Had an excellent question asked if the overall width is affected by the 33" tire upgrade. So grabbed my tape measure and went to find the answer and share with the class.

84" outside of fenders and the tires look to stick out an additional inch.

Thus giving a new overall width of 86" ...

We have this same trailer and are very pleased with it. You cannot go wrong with the quality and customer support from Boreas on these. Just buy it and don't look back. GLWS my friend.

Delivering it Tuesday, 27 April to the potential buyer. If he likes it when I get there, it's sold. If he doesn't like it when I get there, I'm going to tow it back to Florida and it's still for sale.

Stay tuned.
