The 'Off-grid, go anywhere' adventure van that's truly "turn key" ready to take you anywhere. Unbelievably capable, this thing drives like a car but hauls like a truck.

All components installed were top-of-the-line, with longevity and serviceability as the main priority. Built primarily for winter travel the water system, heat and a cozy interior flow were first priorities. This build took almost 2 years to complete, fine tune and field test. It is ready for its next adventurous owner! All systems have proven to be reliable, as I lived in it part time and traveled across the country. Built primarily for cold weather/winter expeditions, the build focus was on comfort and function. Full time van-lifer ready

INTERIOR:
Four layers of insulation including the doors, starting with sound dampening material followed by 1 inch recycled denim, then 1 inch rigid foil faced foam and then bubble foil on plywood siding.
The passenger seat pedestal swivels and is lockable underneath.
Lagun swivel mount dinette table with live edge chestnut is a recent addition and stows away very easily when not in use.
Custom fabricated slide out bed frame with full queen size memory foam mattress and his/hers drawers.
Custom fabricated shower pan in the back corner, on-demand hot water from the faucet spigot makes for awesome showers.

KITCHEN:
The large Dometic fridge/freezer combo is very efficient 12vdc/24vdc or 120vac adapters.
A 2 burner propane cook stove is located under the liftup counter.
12 Vdc surflow water pump - 3GPM
2- 5 gallon freshwater tanks and one 5 gallon gray water tank under the sink (they won't freeze as long as the heat is on)
Fire extinguisher
All custom cabinetry with chalkboard paint, overhead storage, book shelf, Galaxy epoxy countertops with redwood trim and backsplash.
Multiple hooks and a big clothesline for drying gear, super strong kitchen utensil magnet, led kitchen lights.
Diy double layer insulated window covers for all windows

HEATING:
Primary heat is an Espar hydronic D5 Diesel furnace (plumbed into factory aux fuel tap) for on demand hot water and hot air with a 120 V AC shore power heating element for backup option From Rixens Enterprises in Sandy Oregon. These are the guys you want on your side should anything go wrong with the system. Excellent customer support. The system works very well, I have been camped at well below zero temps and above 10k ft elevation and stayed comfortably warm all night. Newly installed last winter is a Planar D2 air furnace for backup/auxiliary heat under the passenger seat (which is a stand alone unit)

POWER SYSTEM:
Xantrex 2000 Watt pure sine inverter with a 3-stage shore power battery charger, which automatically charges from a regular extension cord.
Sterling B2B 60 amp DC to DC charger. Automatically senses battery voltage coming from the alternator on the motor and efficiently charges house batteries while driving with appropriate fuses and disconnect switch under drivers seat.
The LG 320 watt solar panel on the roof charges the house batteries via the Tri star 60 amp solar charge controller with DC disconnect breakers. But only when the sun shines!
2- 12volt fall river 250 amp hour agm batteries
All electrical was either installed or inspected by a Licensed electrician.

EXTERIOR UPGRADES:
Van compass hood line light pods with rigid spot lights.
Van compass stage 2 suspension upgrades, including mini leaf pack in the back to level ride height and custom tuned fox shocks on all four corners and sumo bump stops in front (it makes an enormous difference on and off road).
Aluminess front 2" hitch receiver with spare tire carrier.
Aluminess roof rack with a Rigid 30" hyperspot lightbar and Rigid corner spotlights, port and starboard side lights, 320 W LG solar panel, and boat roller for easy loading.
Aluminess rear bumper with storage box/two bike carriers by 1up and spare tire swing out or storage box (multiple options exist depending on what your personal needs are)
Independent rigid back up lights in the rear bumper with connection for trailer back up lights.
Fully wired for a trailer brake controller
Hella horn upgrade
High grip running boards
Cobra CB and Midland gmrs radios for base camp communications.
Pedal box accelerator tuner
iCarsoft CR plus OBDII scan tool
Outback Extreme air onboard air compressor for inflating tires and anything else.
30 gallon fresh water tank underneath with 12 Vdc or 120 Vac heating pad (not recommended for long term below freezing conditions).
Manchester 9 gallon propane tank mounted on the frame rails only used for the 2 burner stove (very efficient).
Extra factory rims with Toyo m/t tires for summer and Nokian hakkapeliitta LT2 snow tires for winter. Each set has more than 60% tread left. TPMS sensors work with both sets.
