FOR SALE: 2013 Suzuki DL 650 with DMC M72D Sidecar
I purchased this hack from the original owner on Sept. 6, 2014 with 3,663 miles on it. After almost four years the odometer now sits at 7,324 miles, not quite doubling the original mileage. I had a F800GT for solo riding and this was supposed to be for slow, fun rides with my wife. For various reasons this just hasn’t worked out. SWMBO no longer wants to ride monkey, and I’ve already sold the Beemer. I’m 70 y.o. and I guess it is time to get out of riding all together.
This bike has always been garage stored. Oil changes yearly with OEM synthetics and filters. The cam and tappet recall was done by the local dealer on 2/27/16 and the front fork seals replaced at that time. Last fall I thoroughly cleaned and oiled the chain prior to storing the bike for the winter. Will re-oil the chain at time of sale. Last engine oil change on 6/1/18 at 7,150 miles. This sidecar rig has been babied from day one. One of the most comfortable rigs I’ve owned. Total cost invested over $24,000.
Price: $9,000 for everything, including riding gear, $8,750 without riding gear.
This is the perfect fly and ride opportunity. Forget that used Ural you have been thinking about. This setup is ultra reliable with a bullet proof engine and tranny. Will cruise at 70 mph all day long on the highway or do groomed gravel roads to your favorite campground. Please do not waste my time with low ball offers.
