Where is it located? Do you have any maintenance records and/or a car fax? What number owner are you ?

Thanks

Located in Sacramento, California

Yes, I have a book of receipts and most of the original paperwork (dealer, Agile Offroad and Quigley)

I am 3rd owner (2nd owner only had it 4 months before his divorce started and had to sell). 1st owner was a meticulous Fireman down in the L.A. area.

VIN is: 1FTSS34S89DA53289 if you want to do a CarFax or Ford Lookup to see exactly what it came with.

Thank you for your interest, let me know if there is anything else I can provide.

Is there a dinette ? A place to sit and eat or work? Is the additional propane tank (underbody) for use with a propane stove?

Who did the interior?

The back bed area can be converted to two bench seats w/ small table (have the post, and floor post receiver installed but actual table top will be needed). You could use that area for work, however we used the "kitchen" counter area for work (laptop and our portable printer) with a small square "ottoman" that doubles as a stool and a place to put our shoes. We liked keeping the bed configuration full time instead of re configuring all the time. Propane tank is off the back nestled into the rear ladder (see photos above) and is for hot water shower. Stove is portable type (included) we cook on counter, it uses either 1lb propane bottles or those butane cartridge inserts (which we prefer). (see "Kitchen 01" photo above).
