Purchased from "Atlanta on wheels" 2 years ago with 126,000 miles. They remove the engine and top-hatted and pinned all cylinder sleeves. They also switched the coolant to Evans waterless coolant to prevent any overheating next to the cylinder walls in the future. That's the issue that leads to slipped cylinder sleeves that this engine is known for. They also performed a lot of other maintenance that is typical of what they do to Land rovers. They have a website that you can look at to see all the other things that they normally do to Land rovers.

At 133,000 miles I replaced all of the brake fluid. I also replaced the transfer case and differential oil with Amsoil synthetic. I replaced the suspension system with a heavy duty teraflex suspension. I added extended brake lines that are wire braided. And I replaced the front drive shaft with a Tom woods greaseable drive shaft. I have the other one that was on it as a spare. I also added rock sliders and a steel rear bumper.

At 142,000 mi I replaced the transmission fluid with synthetic fluid.

At 144,000 mi I replaced the power steering pump and power steering fluid. I also replaced the fan belt and the idler pulley.

At 149,000 mi I put the tires on it that you currently see in the pictures.

At 153,000 mi I replaced the starter.

At 155,000 mi I replaced the rocker arms. I noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine and after discussing the issue with a Land Rover mechanic he suggested that it was the aluminum rocker arms with a metal insert where the push rods contact. I didn't find any slack in the push rods but I went ahead and replaced the rocker arms with all steel rocker arms from Atlantic British.

At 157,000 mi I replaced the air filter, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. I also replaced the catalytic converters and downstream oxygen sensors in order to clear an engine code.

At 158,000 mi I replaced the oil pump because I could not clear the slight ticking noise I was hearing. It turned out that there was a crack in the orbital gear of the oil pump and that has resolved the problem.

I also added a roof rack from Voyager racks.

I'm an AMSOIL dealer so I changed the oil on its scheduled time with synthetic oil and high quality oil filters.

In the last month I have added a Android head unit single-din stereo. The main reason for that was so that I could run Android Auto for music and have navigation. It is a 10-in screen.

I also have a spare transmission and two boxes of spare parts that I have accumulated but not really needed.

Everything on the Land Rover works as it should. The moon roofs open although the little wheels that slide along to open them are worn out and you have to assist it so most of the time I just leave them closed. The AC blows cold air and it's warm in the winter.
