Socorro NM Hamfest 10/27/2007

Local NM hams looking for a good deal on equipment should try to go to the hamfest in Socorro on 10/27/2007. There will be vendors as well as used equipment for sale. Presentations / seminars and exams for all license classes are available. At 1pm there will be a tour of the Very Large Array west of Socorro.

I would attend myself, but I will be out of twon that day.

I have done the normal touron tour before, but do get a real custom tour would be sweet. If I were in town, I'd go for sure. That whole area around the VLA is great country too.
