Campsaver also has a bunch of stuff at 20percent off and no tax if you live in California. Picked up a IGT 3 frame for 115.00

BackcountryGear also has no tax for Ca and a bunch on sale. Just ordered up a double BBQ box (first I've seen it on sale in 6 months), half grill, some cooking utensils and a medium tote. I tested the double grill canvas case with the field oven and it doesnt fit, so will use that for the bbq. The oven is just too tall. Based on dimensions, it looks like the medium tote should fit the oven for more protection.

Excited to use the oven wih the bbq box. Im in the midst of moving and will fire it up upstairs at the new house. Getting floors done today with industrial epoxy. Cant wait to work on my trucks with a clean floor.

If you don’t have one of these and have a single BBQ, you need to get one! I bought one from Jeff and love it. Makes the BBQ work much better when using briquettes.

You can also order one of the Drifta bags for the Field Oven. It has a separate area for the stone and top. You can see it here on their website. https://www.drifta.com.au/product/snow-peak-field-oven/

They are kind of pricey, but I pulled the trigger on the field oven bag and the fire pit bag. This may be sacrilege but I find their fire pit bag much better than the snow peak one.

They ship to the US no problem, I'd grab a few things and make it worth the expense. lately they have been promoting a lot fo their own brand, a few year ago selling snow peak products was a big draw for them. Now they promote a ton of coll Japanese stuff.

I have my eye on a Weber Q bag as I can't find the genuine duffle for it anywhere, Im so tempted, but the drifta bag would be more than the grill itself :)

Any suggestions for a bag to carry a Weber Q?

Man, I just got home from an awesome dinner. Opened this thread up, and now I'm hungry again!!

The SP Ovals are the bomb. We've pretty much switched over to that instead of our dutch oven, since it's only two adults and a thin kid...

Agreed mate. It really is our ‘go to’ oven now. We’re the same with just the two of us and two under 5yo.

I made a Zucchini (Squash) and Black Bean Lasagne the other day that was more than enough for the 4 of us.

I love the way you can use it upside down and the lid is a grill plate on either coals or gas. Great bit of kit and worth the weight penalty of being a cast product.

Hey everyone. I've been a snow peak fan for a long time, but only recently started getting items that were more than cutlery and bowls/plates. I got a 3 unit IGT recently, and just put together all the IGT necessities. Hoping for a nice winter camping trip soon.
In the Pelican I've got a Snow Peak flat burner, BBQ box, bamboo slide extension, various SP plates/bowls/pots, a couple of the lanterns, Gigapower 2.0 stove, folding torch, etc. I've also got my traditional American cutlery set from Coleman, a Norwegian camp knife, fuel, and my new Best Made Co. straight handle hatchet.
