I have been using the McBrikett Foldable Folding Fireplace Chimney Starter Stainless Steel for years with excellent results.

I picked up one similar to a few posts up. It's worked fine the few times I've used it but stays in my dutch oven kit which seem to get left at home more often than not.

That is the one I bought first. It works OK, but once I had gotten it good and hot, it warped and became very difficult to fold and/or unfold (see also: fingersmasher).

I've used the Camp Maid twice and it works great. Really awesome that the handle doesn't get hot during use. My search is over unless something goes wrong with the Camp Maid.
