Yes it should.......you can check the number of synchronizations.

Our bank will be on solar from May to Oct with no synchronizations. There aren't enough hours in the day for solar to be in float long enough.
Pretty sure it's been doing them. I think mine is set to pretty quick.

Are you using the BMV battery temp sensor?

No just temp sensor on the Multiplus.


Nobody has mentioned absorb.

Charge settings are:
14.7 Absorb
13.8 Float
13.2 storage.

Fullriver's charge specs are, 14.7 Absorb/Bulk, 13.6 float. That was as close as I could get with the factory options.

Peukert's constant is set to 1.25 FWIW as well.

So, if you drop the SOC down a bit, and the charger kicks in to absorb, how long does it hold 14.5V? Though that may be a bit low if the batteries are very cold.
