Pretty basic 2012 4x4 TRD. Looking to do a 2” lift in the near future.

Traded off my gen 2 Tacoma for this gen 5 4Runner.
love it so far, I have installed 1”front leveling spacers, BFG KO2’s, roof rack, wired a quick connector for my Viar compressor, always hot rear 12volt, canvas back rear cargo cover, and a couple Ram mounts on the dash.

going for first camping trip tomorrow, just a state park trip, but I plan to explore some nearby state forest too.

I searched around and didnt see a showcase thread for us toy guys but decided we could do something similar to the expo rigs in general ******** chat but just our toyotas.

so post up, mods multiple pics and interior pics if you have some interesting cargo/sleeping platforms or whatever else you may have done.

could be a one thread inspiration for a lot of other guys who own the same trucks.

lets seem em!
Just got some new shoes and suspension for my 4Runner! Super stoked to start this build! It’s a 2019 5th Gen and I just added 5100 Bilsteins and an OME spring and upper control arm setup so I could put some 285/75/17’s. It’s about a 4.5” lift and it feels fun for sure! I got the 440lb extra weight setup and am stoked to take this on our first trip this weekend! Next pic will be in the dirt for sure!

Hey y'all the last five years I have been dreaming about building the right overlanding rig and I finally have this Tundra to make it happen. So far I have been trying to work out the kinks on the trails around here in the WNC area, but I look forward to getting it out in the real world soon.

Tactical Panda

New guy here.

Here's my rig, a never-ending work-in-progress, my 2015 Toyota Tacoma Offroad Edition I call the Tactical Panda. When I first brought it home from the dealership my wife took one look at it with its Black and White motiff and said "It looks like a big panda!" So it became known as the Panda. Later I added the word "Tactical" in front of it because it sounded cool.

Here it is, along with my overland trailer at the summit of Imogene Pass in Colorado last month.
