For those of you not up on your Tacoma lore, this is a rare 1995 1st gen single cab with the 3.4L 5vzfe V6 in it and a 5 speed manual. Only made for 2 years in this SX configuration. Truck has high miles but well cared for and drives great. Sucker moves with the bigger motor and weighing nothing!
For some reason I like these cheesy graphics Toyota had in the 80s and 90s. They made it work some how.

Seems you put them all to good use so better than sitting in someone's yard, garage or a boneyard. What's your plans for this one?

Yeah the guy had a stroke and couldn't work the clutch anymore. Bought a 3rd gen and decided to sell this. He kept in in great shape, was his commuter and he is the original buyer!

No major plans. I'll overhaul the suspension with full mid travel just so it rides nice. Maybe put some nice wheels on it..but just put new tires on it so..won't be a while. There is a PnP DIY Megasquirt 3 ECU you can slap in the 95-97 tacomas...which makes me want to try a small turbo setup on it. But....idk. I have enough toys, this one might just get suspension and then just driven as is. Plus, its so nice and unique already i kind of don't want to ruin it :p

Always wanted a v6 reg cab! Drove one once - dug it. Nice find!

They are pretty cool! I really like it.

Looks good, how do they fit? Any lift? I'm looking at the same size for my Tundra when I need new tires (probably this summer)

Running Bilstein 5100’s on the 4th notch with factory springs and OME 865’s in the rear. I guesstimate ~2” of lift up front and ~3” in the rear. Fitment is good on the factory 17”s with no spacers. Leaves about 1/2” of clearance between the tires and the front A-arms.
