Show me your tactical vest

I'm looking for a tactical vest that's suitable for holding a radio/gps and other bits and pieces. Must be lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods and for climbing/abseiling. Preferably high visibility/reflective

All the stuff I see is bulky and impractical EMS or military stuff.

I got this one recently from Search Gear http://www.searchgear.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=878 - they also have the same one with a water bladder. Mesh back and front. Reflective stuff on back and front. Plenty of pockets for radios/GPS and spare batts ect..
It's a little stiff but will probably break in.
Here it is in action (sort of) http://expeditionportal.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=18290&d=1209222670

Kind of a goofy picture, but here's my vest

Oddly enough, they're super comfy with a fleece liner, and have tons of room, including rope pouch in the back and big pockets all over

It's a Mountain Uniforms vest

Speaker,

I got one of those hanging in my closet. Wore it for 15 Winters while a pro patroler on Mt. Baldy in So California. I think I still have my rope in the back pocket. The rope came in handy in several occasions, mostly lowering myself through icy sections and rock bands to get to victims. Those were fun times.

I have the chest radio pouches for the Bendix King brick radios. Works great when I have to use the brick, but for other types of radios, not so much. I could use something better sized for my HT's which are smaller than the Bendix King radios.

I recently assembled a new vest built around a HSGI Woosatch. I've only been using it this training cycle so there are things I still need to work on. Sorry for the pics not being quite centered or clear, I took them on the move on Saturday during our Search Skills field exercise.

Map Pouch - works great having the topo map on my chest in a drop down pouch.

So far it works great. No interference with my climbing harness or TAD SAR pack.

Nearly stepped on this Copperhead on Saturday night moving along a trail.

True North makes some great gear. I have one of their lumbar packs that I was using on a Search just last night (this morning I guess is more accurate). One of my fellow rescuers and EMT's has a True North lumbar pack that he uses for his wilderness Jump Bag. It is amazing in the amount of gear it can hold. Only downside is that it won't fit a 'D' O2 cylinder so he has a small carbon fiber cylinder. I have a Conterra USAR bag for my jump kit that holds a full size cylinder... but I digress...

Another great company is one that is just around the corner from my office here in Boise called Initial Attack. They make a lot of Wildland FF stuff and have some vests.

Their website is a bit tricky to navigate but...
