Just an FYI, looks like it's an issue with the hosting service he's using for the images. @-joz- hope they get the service back up, and you don't lose any pics. Newcomer to the thread, and looking forward to reading more! :)

the next thing was i need hot water for wash the dishes and for my shower

my idee was to weld a custom warm water boiler
because i have a little room behind my closet and i would put the boiler there

i put a 2000w electric heating coil in it and also i install a common engine
coolant diesel heater from webasto underneath the boiler

Stunning work. One observation, I have a ship bought surecal calorifier which for all intents and purposes is the same as yours. However, the biggest difference is the insulation around mine. It means the tank stays hot for 48h or more. Definitely worth thinking about wrapping yours in some insulation to increase the efficiency.

Jup... a insulation would be better but i have not enaught space for the insulation.... But when i start the heater it needs only 10 minutes to heat the water up to 75 °C (167 °f)

I had the choice more watervolume or insulation and i decided for more water :)

at the first testdrive some branches of trees got stuck between the campershell and the awning
now it needs protectors

i weldet a protector made of aluminium and i put a working light underneath
this lights are good for driving backwards and also for working in the night
