RTT Mounting Hardware

Anyone know of somewhere that has the mounting hardware available? Appears to be out of stock just about everywhere. I really only need enough for one crossbar, my tent came with the stuff to mount across two crossbars and my bedrack has three. Thinking it would be good to mount across that center bar a well

Looks as though those would not be too difficult to fabricate from flat stock. Locks might be difficult though. Maybe use the ones you have and make a set for the middle bar to add the stability you are searching for?
