RTT Bedding

I own an Autohome Columbus extra long -
I recently used a dawn comforter I got on amazon, King size:

with a duvet cover:

And I had a pretty good experience. The fact that is oversized helps to wrap our bodies in plenty of down and feels pretty good, I would definitely not get anything smaller than that.

I am curious, what do you guys use?

I narrowed down a king size down blanket to a smaller sized for my Columbus Variant Small RTT. One more layer of microfiber blanket under the duvet is typically all I use. It's a small and tight tent so the heat stays inside good enough for me during colder nights. I'm by no means a winter camper so fall nights when the temps dip near freezing is about my limit.

I have used my setup in slightly below freezing temperatures - now when we anticipate cold we sleep with a sweater (and socks!). I believe the "regular" sleeping bag solution is probably the smartest and more pragmatic but with an RTT I like to try to go to a higher comfort level. I have a hot shower system under the hood and sleeping under a down comforter after a shower under the stars in the desert is really good.
