rooftop tents and the wind

Ive looked through some of the rooftop tent post and if i missed the answer to this question point me to it.
I was camping in Wyoming this weekend and we had a storm blow through with about 35-40mph gusts, which got me wondering about how well do the foldout tents like Eezi-awn and Tecnitop hold up in these kind of storms.
Im thinking of purchasing one of these and this is about my only concern with them besides falling off the ladder in the middle of night thing (well actually its my wifes concern).

They'll hold up just fine. You'll probably want to remove the rain fly, as it might flap a bit, but the tents themselves are surprisingly waterproof. My Hannibal was in some serious winds in baja, and while the rig rocked with the wind, the tent held with no problems.

...and btw...you get used to the ladder...really isn't a problem.

(Now, add a bunch of tequila to the mix and you might miss the ladder...)
