Here's the link. I can't really make it any easier than this. The mirror swap really isn't that bad with the exception of the wire loom in the arm issues. From there all the hard work figuring out the connections and pins is here for you.

Love the video. Yes the volume is low, but I was able to crack the speakers on my lap top.
I miss the orange, but i understand wanting to lower your visibility, these things draw enough attention already.

Good job on the video Alex, but like others have said, the audio is all over the place. It's mostly way to weak and you have to watch it with your fingers on the volume control making constant adjustments. I would suggest using a directional mic or a lavalier (wireless lapel) mic if you're going to be more than 4' or 5' away from the camera. If you're using a cellphone to video with, you may be able to find a bluetooth mic that would work.

Anyway, it looks like you're out and about having fun and that's what really counts.
