My wife wants a propane powered stove/oven. We don't know much about them. She's looking at some Airxcel Suburban 22" models. Can somebody point us in the right direction?

We have a stove and oven in our trailer but never use them. We use this instead as we prefer to cook outdoors:

If you prefer to cook inside, would a regular RV oven / stove work? Ours runs off propane... Might be easy to service as most RV shops should be able to repair them if the need arises.
