As a side note, +1 for plasti dip on the wheels, mine has held up brilliantly for two years including some pretty harsh winter conditions. Curb rash is cured by a bit of cleaning and a couple of new coats on the affected area.

she's just a shame not to use it :) problem is I had to weld up my own roof rack, rock sliders, front light bar. Not much available and for roof rack I wanted something that was low and didn't effect fuel economy, got lucky with my design in that it makes zero noise even at 120 kmh. Next is rear bar and some underbody protection, plus a skid plate that has a removable hatches for oil filter and drain plug. My wife has an LR3, funny that body wise the LR3 is just much better built but mechanically the full size range rover seems stronger and very easy to service, would have expected the exact opposite. The LR3/LR4 is hands down the better looking vehicle though. Would like to fabricate spacers to go above front struts and rear air springs 20mm then lengthen ride hight sensor arms, probably not so difficult but likely not worth it :ylsmoke:

There are several rack options that mount right up to your RR. I know Rhino Rack makes one, bet front runner has something as well. It's not as uncommon as you think.
