Commercial trucks are one of the best starting places. Duramax and Allison.... kind of bulletproof. Served as a tool retail store so likely very easy use, not beat to death with freight or ramming into loading docks. Likely an owner operator with only one owner. 24K miles a year is not excessive for a meduim duty commercial chassis..... of course it is only a Chevy.... but yes, if you want something big and heavy and can afford the towing when it gets stuck... a great starting point.
