this is the official gov site with border zones listed - but mostly i cannot decode the points (e.g. отм. 1107 (5652), отм. 909 (4456), отм. 1648 (4432), отм. 972 (5212), отм. 826 (6068), отм. 988,4) until they are described as a peak, a pass or so.
