Forgot about this one from the other week.
Better half and I got all teary eyed reminiscing about the old parking lot and our childhood memories of parking in Pinnochio...

I really like the white accents in the front wheels. It makes the rig look more storm trooperish.
I hear you. I searched high and low for these wheels but no luck. I always thought they'd look great!

Some updated pics of the Sandbulance.

As you can see she spends a lot of time on the beach. Not done yet but getting there.

Nice!

Did you made the coversion your self or was it already a 4x4 ambulance?

And are you running rear double or super single? Curious about sand efficiency if doubles.

Bought a couple more oddball little vans

Both of these rigs came from different places in Texas. The first is 1995 GMC Vandura G10, 305 V8, super shorty window van with folding doors and 107K orig miles. I just got number 2 today, also 1995 Chevy G10 super shorty window van with 34K orig miles and 4.3L V6. Im thinking lift, tires, roof rack, winch, a fun little camper van with classic lines. I cant even google a super shorty with factory windows and folding doors, most are conversion vans, panel vans or custom with sliding doors. Love the utility of these little rigs, so bare bones and compact...

What is wrong with me??? I have van fever, bought this beast a few weeks ago.

I have been buying these for my river rafting and tour customers here and back east and have grown to really love all the room inside. This would make a killer budget backwoods RV, do the inside rustic like a cabin maybe, lift it, get some tires, rack etc, maybe a little wood burning stove. It should be hauled in tomorrow, 1998 V10 100K miles, cant wait to play with it, my daughters (4yr and 6yr) are going to go nuts, they love playing in this stuff. The last yellow short bus I bought they begged me to keep it and drive them around. So many vans and so little time...
