Very, very nice. That is a great area. I love your pics and the write up. Doesn't look to crowded or your good at keeping people out of your pics.

Love the snow shots with your pup. I've yet to meet a dog that didn't go bat-******** crazy for snow. Like little kids.
How you liking the Raptor liner. Would you do it again?

Awesome report.

Hopefully will almost be following your footsteps later this year.

I see in the build thread that first you had a green Coleman propane stove to go in one of the barn doors. And now you have the single butane burner. What made you switch and how do you like it? Do the canisters last long?

Looks like it would be much easier to deal with.

Yes. It's the 4th vehicle I've owned that I've lined. I used to do it as a side job in Antigua as well. Have about 25 or so jobs under my belt. I use raptor liner because I'm familiar with the product and it's super easy to use/clean up. I'd love to try some other products but I tend to stick with what I know.

Nice, good luck! My parents had the propane already. It didn't fit in the door very well so I went and bought the butane one. I didn't realize it was butane until I went to cook the first time at the florida georgia game. We couldn't leave the parking spot at the tailgate so that was an expensive uber ride for a dumb mistake. It's hard to find butane on the road and the cans don't last long at all. I'm going to get a propane stove here in the next day or two now that I have some more room in the van.

Update #10 Moab and Arches NP

After I left Montrose I headed towards Moab. I took 62 west to 191 and came to Moab from the south. That drive was amazing and relaxing.

Made it to Moab, linked up with my friends and went straight to the campsite. We camped out at Barlett wash. We didn't get the camp setup until dark but I thought the pick looked kinda cool.

Heading out to the site

Set the awning up for some extra shade. I'm really impressed with how much cooler it makes the van inside. It was a for sure noticeable difference.

The next morning I went to take the bike out for a spin... First ************* kick. I had to go to town and finally found some guy that had a ton of KTM parts in his garage and hooked me. About 90% of the bikes I saw there were KTM, yet no one has parts lol. Aw the anticipation of getting to finally ride Moab and then that happened. Like getting a present on christmas with no batteries. I'm so grateful that it happened at camp instead of out in the middle of no where.

The first hike we went out to Corona Arch which was pretty awesome. This is the one where those guys on youtube were swinging through the arch on ropes.

I flew the drone too. These are some grabs from a large pano I'm planning to put together. I have a little video on my IG account.

Later, in town, I saw what was the other option aside from building the van. Same color, topper, everything I was going to get. I think I'm pretty happy with the van, but I love this thing.

The light worked great with the awning up. Reflected all the light into the site and also blocked the direct light from the surrounding area; so it wouldn't bother other campsites.

Went back to the campsite and had a chill day the next day. Tigua alerted us to something going on. Then I heard some loud noises that sounded like they were RIGHT outside.

I tried to grab the drone and get some good pics but it was too cold for the batteries. By the time I got it warmed up he was long gone.

Went back to Arches to get a glimpse of the windows section.

Upper view of delicate. We were going to go on a sunrise hike to get some good pics, but the weather wasn't cooperating, so we just hit it real fast.

About 6 friends of the friends I was with came for the weekend. We hung out and went to canyonlands one day but I just tagged along and my phone was dead.

After they left we went to camp at a pay site, lower onion creek. We got there when it was pitch black and I couldn't see much. But I woke up to an amazing view. I typically like to set up camp during the day so I can assess my surroundings, but waking up to an amazing view is always awesome. It's like unwrapping a present when I take the window covers off. Warm, the river was flowing, and there was still snow at the top of the mountains. Awesome ride back to Moab too. It's about 20 miles or so up river.

Stopped off to see some indian drawings. It's such a shame people feel the need to scratch their names and bull**** around and on these things. Some people just die for attention.

My friends offered me a place to stay again and some work so I headed back to Salt Lake again with them. I'm going to check out the sites around SLC that I didn't get a chance to check out because of the snow. I'm anxious to go to the salt flats. I think we're going to bear lake tomorrow and the unitas again this weekend. Then towards Zion.
