Overlander, new “affordable” Earthroamer type rig

I think I found a video of the manufacturing process of this camper. Looks like the same manufacturer but NOT 100% sure...
In any case, it's very informative and shows you the massive amounts of thermal transfer these campers will be getting with all that aluminum. Watch the section between 20.12 and 21.00. Is it just me or did they not remove some of the masking tape?

It's a different company. Outdoors RV is part of Northwood Manufacturing, who makes travel trailers & fifth wheels in Oregon. Adventure Manufacturing makes Adventurer & Eagle Cap campers in Washington.

Hello all, working on purchasing one of these. Can help with any questions on their rigs. Pretty much half price of the earthroamer and they’ve been great to deal with so far.
Their website still needs some work, but it looks like they have some new photos of the rig and it looks pretty interesting if we are still talking in the low $200,000 range. Looks like a large storage area in the rear for bikes, etc.

I really like their design and craftsmanship. I will be borrowing some of their ideas for my build

Awesome!!! Curious what made you pick the adventure truck vs the turtle

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not going to speak for him but I have noticed a couple of things that are an advantage over the Turtle. One is that it has less of an overhang. The second is it looks more compact. I am not sure if it actually is but it doesn't look as tall for one thing but the pictures could be deceptive.

I believe the Adventure truck is also less expensive than a Turtle. There is a thread in this sub-forum somewhere by a Turtle owner that describes the differences in the Turtle and Adventure Truck. Both look like a really awesome truck.

Hi. Did you complete your purchase? Would love to know your experience as I'm interested in these too. Thanks.

Lots of anti EarthRoamer comments on this forum.
The last comment in this thread that you brought back from the dead that mentioned an EarthRoamer was mine, and it was three years ago. And it wasn't anti EarthRoamer. They are magnificent vehicles, but at their price point and size are not for everyone.
